'Large' cannabis farm discovered across two floors of property in Mossley

A neighbourhood policing team entered a property in Mossley this morning (Tuesday), and discovered a large cannabis farm which spanned across two floors.

One male was detained after he tried to hide in the loft space of the property.

He is now in custody, awaiting questioning.

A post on the GMP Tameside North and East Facebook page read: "Thank you to the local community for helping us discover this cannabis farm and enabling us to put a dent in the local drug supply."
