Man wanted on recall to prison

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Manchester.

Kyle Andrews (aged 30), of no fixed abode, is wanted on recall to prison after his prison license was revoked on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

He is known to have links to the Wigan, Cheshire, St Helens and Merseyside areas.

Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of Andrews is asked to contact police on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
