Police search for dangerous man considered 'a risk to women'

Police officers are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Middleton.

A post on the Greater Manchester Police Facebook page read: "Ryan Burke (aged 30) is wanted in connection with a serious assault that took place in Middleton in January, 2023.

"Burke is known to have links to the Middleton, Rochdale and Blackley areas of Greater Manchester.

"He is a dangerous individual and considered a risk to women."

Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of Burke is asked to contact police on 101 or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
