Van driver arrested after being caught under the influence of cannabis and cocaine

Police have arrested a van driver in Oldham after he was found to be driving under the influence of drugs.
The driver was apprehended by officers involved in the Operation Avro crackdown which is currently ongoing throughout Oldham.
A post on GMP Traffic on Twitter read: "Scrap metal collecting whilst under the influence of cannabis and cocaine is never a good idea.
"Thankfully the RPU team supporting #OpAvro in Oldham stopped this van and arrested the driver."
