Two men have been charged in connection with Thursday's fatal road traffic collision on Rochdale Road in Coldhurst.
Omar Choudhury (aged 21), of Royton, and Hamidur Rahman (aged 23), of Oldham, have both been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
They have been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday).
These charges are a result of an investigation by GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit into a fatal road traffic collision on Rochdale Road in Coldhurst at around 1:30pm on Thursday, February 23, where a 16-year-old girl passed away from her injuries sustained at the scene.
She has now been identified as Alisha Goup from Royton.
Her family have asked for continued privacy whilst they grieve for their loss.
