Man charged with sending indecent messages to MP Rayner

Ashton and Failsworth MP Angela Rayner
A man has been charged with sending offensive and indecent messages to Ashton and Failsworth MP Angela Rayner.
David Perry (aged 66), of Eyston Drive, Weybridge in Surrey, has been charged with sending a grossly offensive message and an indecent message under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
The charges relate to an email sent to Labour MP Ms Rayner on Monday, May 2, 2022.
