Appeal for witnesses after man suffers serious facial injuries in Oldham assault

Police officers are appealing for further information following an assault in Oldham.
On Thursday, March 9, 2023, at around 8pm, officers received reports of an assault of a man close to the junction on Heron Street and Littletown in Oldham.
It is believed the victim was assaulted following an altercation.
The victim fled the scene, but after a short period of time returned to recover personal items.
The victim was then further assaulted, leaving them with serious facial injuries.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured (above) in regards to this incident.
