National Trust rangers are still on the site of the latest fire to hit Marsden Moor.
The blaze - the seventh to be recorded on the moor this year - is still a live incident and is being headed by West Yorkshire Fire Service.
A National Trust spokesperson said: "There is currently a fire on Binn Moor, above the Wessenden valley.
"The fire started at around 8pm on Tuesday evening.
"National Trust rangers are assisting fire crews using specialist equipment (soft track vehicle).

"Despite overnight rain, there are still some areas burning.
"Unfortunately, this is the seventh fire on Marsden Moor this year, which is an unusually high amount.
“Most of the fires have been in quieter spots of the moor, which has meant access has been challenging for fire crews and our rangers.
“It's devastating to see the damage to wildlife and the peat soils that these fires cause."
Open fires and BBQs are banned on Marsden Moor all year round.
This area is also covered by a PSPO (public space protection order).
