He was last seen at Heathfield House care home in Stockport at 11pm on Sunday (July 23).

Officers want to make sure he is safe and well.

Mohammed was last seen wearing a black coat, with navy blue pants with white stripes on and black shoes.

He is described as being around 5ft 2in tall and of very slim build.

Anyone with information about Mohammed's whereabouts should contact police on 101.
