Ronald has now been found
Missing pensioner Ronald from Oldham has been found safe and well.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed the happy news at around 2.30pm this afternoon (Friday).
A GMP Facebook post read: "We are pleased to be able to share with you that we have found missing Ronnie safe and well, following a phenomenal effort from members of the public and police officers.
"He has been reunited with his family."
Earlier, GMP issued a further update as their exhaustive search for missing Oldham pensioner Ronald continued.
They released an update in which they said he was seen at Huddersfield train station a short time before 4pm last Thursday (September 14).
However, his family's traumatic week of searching is now over.
