A huge 'thank you' went to all those who work at Diggle Chippy for their generous donation to Oldham Mountain Rescue Team.
The staff at the chippy have been selling second-hand books throughout the year to raise money for the heroic team.
Said OMRT leader Rob Tortoiseshell: ”Thank you to all those customers who've purchased a book alongside their delicious fish and chips.
“The team are funded almost entirely by generous donations such as this and support from the wider community.”
