Oldham police seize illegal vapes and cigarettes worth more than £20k

As part of Greater Manchester Police's 'Operation Avro' day of enforcement action in Oldham, local police seized plenty of illegal vapes and cigarettes from different premises in the borough.
A post on the GMP Oldham Central Facebook page read: "As part of yesterday's Operation AVRO, our Neighbourhood Team conducted six premises visits to check for illegal vapes and cigarettes.
"Four premises had items seized totalling 1,313 vapes and 310 packs of illicit cigarettes, with a value of £20,411.
"Well done our Neighbourhood Prevention Team."
