Officers from Tameside’s Neighbourhood crime team have released images of jewellery which was recovered following a vehicle search and are believed to be from recent burglaries that could be across Greater Manchester.
The items are of high value and will undoubtedly have sentimental value to the owner.

Detective Sergeant Matthew Playford, of GMP’s Tameside Neighbourhood Team, said: “Our neighbourhood team continue to work hard to trace the owners of these items, but we are putting these images out to the public in the hope that someone will recognise these items and come forward to us."
Anyone with information that could lead to police being able to reunite the jewellery is asked to contact GMP on 0161 856 2203, quoting log 1199-22/20/2024.
