Police probe continues after man suffers lacerations during fighting at Chadderton pub

Police are investigating a disturbance inside a Chadderton pub last night (Sunday), following which a man had to be treated for 'laceration' injuries.
Emergency services were called to the Sportsman pub at the junction of Denton Lane and Broadway in Chadderton.
A Greater Manchester Police statement read: "At around 7.40pm yesterday (Sunday 4 March 2024), officers were called to reports of a disturbance at a business premises on Denton Lane, Chadderton.
"It was established that a group of males were fighting inside the business premises which spilled out into the road.
"A man suffered a laceration to his back and was treated for his injuries.
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
