GCSE results: Oasis Academy Leesbrook's class of '24 shine bright

Oasis Academy Leesbrook students have been celebrating some outstanding GCSE results as they now prepare for their further education.

Nationally, pupils have been awaiting their GCSE results, but this wait is now over.

As they return to their school for one final time to collect their grades, Oasis Academy Leesbrook pupils are in high spirits as they look forward to taking their next steps after securing some outstanding results.

The entire cohort has worked immensely hard, and staff could not have more pride in their achievements.

Mrs Andrea Mitchell, Principal at Oasis Academy Leesbrook, said: “We are delighted for our young people who have worked so hard for these results.

"Here at Oasis Academy Leesbrook, we are committed to providing our students with the opportunities they need to be successful.

"This year we are delighted to report more of our students than ever are leaving us with the qualifications they need to take the next step towards a fulfilling career.

“I would also like to acknowledge the support of our families and our talented and committed staff body who are so dedicated to our students, enabling them to do their absolute best.”

Noar, a Year 11 pupil who achieved grades 9,8,8,8,7, said: “I am excited to be going to Blue Coat Sixth Form next year to study Physics and Chemistry.

"When I first opened my results, I was shocked - however, I could not be prouder or happier with them!”

Lambert (pictured above), another Year 11 pupil who achieved grades 8,7,7,7,7,6 in his GCSEs, added: “I put my heart into achieving my results, I feel incredibly grateful for what I have achieved.

"I am going to Blue Coat Sixth Form next year and I could not be more excited.”

Mrs. R Akhtar, Head of Year 11 At Oasis Academy Leesbrook, added: “I would like to wish them the best of luck for their next steps beyond Leesbrook.

"I could not be prouder of their achievements; it is testament to their hard work and dedication.

"As our Year 11 students leave Leesbrook to pursue their further education we wish them both the best of luck in their futures and the courage to continue to dream big.

"It has been an honour to educate them, and we are incredibly proud of all that they have achieved."
