Woman sought after victim has £400 stolen in Oldham town centre

Greater Manchester Police officers are looking to speak to this woman as they believe she can assist with investigations.
The ongoing probe follows the theft of £400 from a victim while they was shopping in Oldham town centre on November 23, 2024 at around 11:30am.
