Man due in court to face charges which include threats to kill and false imprisonment

McConkie will appear at Tameside Magistrates' court today
A man has been charged following an incident on Counthill Road in Oldham on Monday (August 25).
Samuel McConkie (aged 40), of Angelico Rise in Oldham, has been charged with false imprisonment, threats to kill, ABH, criminal damage, breach of restraining order, and possession of a class A drug.
He has been remanded in police custody to appear at Tameside Magistrates' court today (Wednesday).
