Neighbourhood Officers from Greater Manchester Police, working alongside colleagues at Trading Standards, attended the Euro Shop on Hollins Road yesterday (Wednesday) following intelligence received from the public.
Thanks to some vital community information, a significant quantity of counterfeit goods were seized, including illegal cigarettes and vapes.
This operation highlights the importance of partnership working and the role the public plays in helping police officers tackle crime in our communities.
If you have concerns about counterfeit or illegal goods being sold in your area, please report it via 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
