Heart-broken family pay tribute to ‘gentleman with a big heart’ after Royton murder charge

The family of a man who died following an altercation in Royton on Saturday (December 6) have paid a heartfelt tribute to him.
Paul Anderson, aged 55, sadly passed away and his family have shared words in his memory.
In a tribute, Paul’s family said: “Rest in peace Paul, a precious dad, son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend who was so loved.
“A loveable rogue who wouldn’t hurt a soul, sadly taken from us in the cruellest way.
“He was a gentleman with a big heart and an incredible sense of humour.
"Our hearts will be forever broken”.
David Warren Jack (aged 59) of Plumpton Close, Royton, has been charged with murder.
Jack has been remanded in custody and will appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today (Tuesday).
