Evolve Fitness, a women’s only strength and fitness studio in Delph, proudly appeared on Good Morning Britain last week in a feature exploring the powerful health benefits of strength training. The national TV segment included interviews with founder and personal trainer, Danielle Sadler, along with several Evolve Fitness members who shared how strength training has transformed their confidence, health and everyday lives.
Danielle said “It was an incredible opportunity to showcase not only the importance of strength training but also the supportive community we have built at Evolve Fitness,”
At just 31 years old, the studio’s founder has already achieved a lifelong ambition. Having dreamed of becoming a personal trainer since the age of 13, Danielle qualified five years ago and has now been a gym owner for more than two years.
Evolve Fitness officially opened its doors in March 2024 with a clear mission: to break down the barriers many women face when joining a gym. The studio was designed to be a welcoming, non‑intimidating space where women of all ages, abilities and experience levels can feel comfortable, confident and supported.
The studio offers a wide range of services including one‑to‑one personal training, group personal training and inclusive strength and fitness classes suitable for complete beginners through to advanced members. Specialist programmes include:
The Mama’s & Baba’s Club — supporting pre‑ and post‑natal women
The Strong Girls Club — empowering girls aged 11–16 to build strength, confidence and a positive relationship with exercise
During the Good Morning Britain visit, the segment highlighted compelling research showing that regular strength training can:
- Reduce the risk of premature death by 13%
- Reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke by 19%
- Improve mobility, strength, overall health and quality of life
Members interviewed during the feature spoke openly about the physical and emotional benefits they’ve experienced, reinforcing the studio’s reputation as a supportive and empowering community hub.
Danielle added “As a small local business, it was a proud moment to have a national television programme choose our studio to help tell such an important story,”
Evolve Fitness continues to champion accessible, confidence‑building fitness for women and girls across Saddleworth and beyond.
