Oldham-based professional middleweight boxing hopeful Leyton Collymore extended his unbeaten record in the paid ranks to seven fights at the weekend.
Under the guidance of trainer Anthony Farnell, Collymore (26) defeated tough Latvian Kristaps Zulgis on points at a Black Flash Promotions show at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Trafford Park.
Referee Darren Sarginson scored the six-round contest 60 points to 54 in Collymore's favour, meaning he won every round.
Collymore's impressive record now reads six wins and a draw from seven professional fights, and his support base is growing with every outing.
He is hoping to be back in the ring before the end of next month.
