'Takeaway Tuesday' takes place at Saddleworth Museum on May 29
An exciting half-term family workshop - 'Takeaway Tuesday' - takes place at Saddleworth Museum on Tuesday, May 29 (1-4pm).
Families are being invited to go and explore the museum's buried treasure and find out what was found beneath Castleshaw and the local landscape.
Adults and children can make miniature replica pots, decorate using ancient methods, find our abour archaeology and expore the museum and its surroundings.
The free craft activities are included in the price of museum admission, which is £6 for a family of two adults and two children.
