They're back by popular demand - the band of pious puppets that will be delivering a church service in Greenacres.

Altrincham’s No Strings Puppet Ministry offers a worship experience like no other.

Featuring sketches and songs from the likes of Elvis, puppet worship is intended to bring the Bible to life for families in a service you won’t forget.

On their website, The Altrincham Methodist Church says their services “get the Christian message across as only a puppet can!” – and now they are coming to Oldham.

This Sunday, September 16 at 10:45am, Greenacres Congregational Church will host their fabric friends for another session, even enjoying a repeat appearance from Elvis by popular request.

The Church is also looking towards a Scalextric evening in October and does not shy away from new ways to get people involved!
