Families share in breaking the fast

A SCHOOL celebrated the breaking of the fast of Ramadan on Monday.

Families were invited to join in the event at Alexandra Park Junior School, and teacher Shazia Ashraf said: “We feel it was a great opportunity to get families to celebrate.”

Parent Zahoor Ahmed, who led prayers, said: “It was a really excellent idea by the school for us to celebrate together.”
