Drug dealers sentenced
Date published: 01 June 2012
FOUR men have been jailed for drug dealing in Oldham.
Nathan Moores (24), of Birchenlea Street, Chadderton, was jailed for four years, Brian Threadgale (25), of Mona Road, Chadderton, for two years and six months, James Chapman (21), of Sycamore Avenue, Chadderton, for two years and six months, and David Brown (25), of Hereford Street, Werneth, for three years and nine months.
They all admitted supplying Class A drugs.
Their sentencing at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court yesterday brings to 35 the number of drug dealers jailed — totalling more than 80 years in prison — since March, 2011, as part of the biggest operation to combat the supply of drugs Oldham has ever seen.
