TWO men have been arrested after a gun was fired in Failsworth yesterday.
Police were called to Cormallen Grove at 2.30pm following reports two men and a woman were outside a property brandishing hammers.
They were said to have been banging on the door and smashing up a vehicle outside.
A gun was then fired at a van parked outside the property but it is not yet known whether the shot came from inside or outside the address.
One man was arrested on suspicion of affray and the other for possession of a firearm.
They were then taken into custody for questioning.
