A FAILSWORTH teenager has pleaded not guilty to causing the death of an 11-year-old boy by dangerous driving.
Shahzaib Hussain (11) died after being hit by a Mercedes car on Moss Street West on the late afternoon of February 29.
During a hearing at Manchester Crown Court yesterday, Henry Brandon Parker (19), of Hampton Road, Failsworth, pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving. He pleaded guilty to a second charge of causing death by driving uninsured.
Aaron James Ward (23), of Hattersley, pleaded guilty to aiding an individual to cause death by driving while uninsured. Both were remanded in custody and the case adjourned until August 15.
