Intro
The messenger is funded by OREP as a partner, to provide a community newspaper aimed at empowering Hollinwood by disseminating accurate local information, that promotes both social cohesion and developing communityconfidence. Community leaders and voluntary groups have seats on the editorial group to ensure its publishing focus. The paper, is a bi monthly/quarterly publication that is neither party political nor council led.
