ATHLETIC boss Stephen Robinson has eyes on a cash windfall from a good FA Cup run
ATHLETIC have been handed a second-round FA Cup tie away at Lincoln City.
The draw pits Stephen Robinson's side, who saw off Doncaster 2-1 on Saturday in the first round at SportsDirect.com Park, with a trip to Sincil Bank on the weekend of Saturday, December 3.
Lincoln, managed by Danny Cowley, are currently riding high in the Vanarama National League, sitting second behind leaders Forest Green.
Athletic last played at Lincoln in the 1998-99 season, with goals from Richard Graham, Adrian Littlejohn and Mark Allott earning a 3-1 win in the old Division Two clash.
There has only previously been one FA Cup tie between the sides, Athletic running out 3-2 winners away from home in 1936.
The winner of the second round tie will pick up prize money of £27,000.
