Oldham Athletic new pitch.
PREPARATIONS for the new campaign are well under way at SportsDirect.com Park.
Sky Bet League One action starts on August 5 and the pitch, seen here, is already looking in pristine condition.
Much work has been carried out on the playing surface recently.
The pitch had come in for criticism from some quarters after it cut up badly in the second half of the season.
