ATHLETIC have finalised plans for an open forum over their proposed new home in Failsworth.
Before Athletic start drawing up detailed plans for the stadium and community facilities, they will discuss the scheme in a question-and-answer session.
The forum will be held in the theatre at Radclyffe School, Hunt Lane, Chadderton, on Monday, August 10 (7.30pm).
There is a 300 capacity and admission will be by ticket only at a nominal charge of £2 each. They are also being restricted to two per application and are on sale at the club shop from today on a first come, first-served basis.
A club spokesman said: “We would like as wide a cross section of people to attend as possible. Therefore, we are trying to ensure that the tickets go to people who will definitely attend on the evening.
“If we had made the tickets free and placed no restriction on them, we could have had people taking large numbers and then not attending and therefore depriving others of the opportunity.”
