LATICS ROUND-UP: NEW match-day car parking arrangements at Boundary Park will come into force this month.
As a result of the first phase of redevelopment, 30 homes are to be built on the site of the old Clayton Arms which was demolished last year, as well as the executive car park.
Planning permission for residential development on the site was obtained in 2007, mainly intended for apartments before a revised application for family homes was approved last year.
As a result, the executive car park will be relocated from the home game with Brighton on Saturday, March 20.
An area on the main car park has been created in its place and can be reached via the access road at the rear of the Rochdale Road Stand, the entrance to which is near the mini-roundabout on Sheepfoot Lane.
The residential development is needed to help fund the building of a new stadium.
