Young guns grab chance to impress

WHEN Paul Dickov and I were growing up, we were given our chance to play first-team football at a young age.
It served us well for the rest of our careers — and we are very conscious of the positive effect that experience can have.
When we came here, we enlisted the help of youth team coach Tony Philliskirk and identified some of the players who were doing well in his side.
We then got them involved in pre-season so we could have a good look at them.
