DJENY Bembo-Leta has gone back to hospital for a check on his injured right leg.
The 18-year-old Athletic striker sustained a serious injury in a training-ground accident a month ago, breaking his fibula and rupturing ankle ligaments.
It is three-and-a-half weeks since he had surgery and a specialist visit was in order to confirm that the leg was healing properly.
Bembo-Leta’s house-mate Philip McGrath has been given good news over his knee injury.
The 18-year-old winger had surgery on a damaged cruciate ligament and has now been given the green light to start strengthening work on his knee, which at the moment means daily swimming sessions.
McGrath will have his injury reviewed on November 3.
