ATHLETIC hope to boost attendance for the home game against Plymouth — by inviting Manchester City fans.
The fixture, at Boundary Park on Saturday, October 30, has been branded a “Manchester City Legends Day” as it features two managers, Athletic's Paul Dickov and Argyle's Peter Reid, who famously wore the sky-blue shirts.
Athletic are making an offer to City season-ticket holders to watch the match for half price, meaning they can buy a ticket for £10, with under-16s £5 providing they produce their season tickets.
Tickets can be purchased in advance or on the day at the ticket office and City fans are reminded that one half-price ticket can be purchased for every season ticket.
