Every error we make is being punished

I AM expecting the Peterborough game tomorrow to contain plenty of end-to-end football. It won't be for the faint-hearted.
It will be another game where there will be lots of attacking football and heart-in-mouth moments, because they are a team who attack from all over the pitch and in doing so, leave themselves open at the back from time to time.
Having played them in an entertaining game which we lost 5-2 at London Road, we know what we have to deal with and what their strengths and weaknesses are.
We have got to make sure that when they are attacking, we are solid, and when we are going forward we open them up.
Looking back on the midweek game at MK Dons, we were not disciplined enough in the first half.
With or without the ball, we created our own problems and too many players forgot their defensive duties.
After a chat at half-time we sorted things out and after that, I thought we were the better team.
I don't think Ben Amos had a save to make and we were the more likely team to score.
A little more composure from Chris Taylor — he tried heading the ball when really he should have put a boot on it — and Sam Mantom, who had a good chance that wasn't taken, could have won us the game.
And Filipe Morais forced a great save from their goalkeeper.
You have got to say that a point was a fair result, but we really felt we were going to nick it.
While at the moment we are struggling to score goals, defensively we have been very solid.
Unfortunately, it seems that often we are being punished for making one mistake. Sometimes it goes that way, but the important thing is that you learn from it.
