Latics snap-up Mvoto on two-year deal

JEAN-YVES Mvoto has signed a two-year deal with Athletic.
The big centre-back (22) has put pen to paper to become a permanent fixture at Boundary Park following two successful loan spells last season.
It is a huge boost to manager Paul Dickov, who fought off interest in Mvoto, a free agent following his release by Sunderland, from clubs both here and in France.
Mvoto played a total of 27 matches for Athletic last season, scoring twice.
