Sponsorship deal

ATHLETIC have secured a partnership deal with local IT company Web Applications UK, agreeing a package for ground advertising and hospitality.

“We are proud of our heritage in Oldham and want to work with the community,” said chief executive Craig Dean, of the 11-year-old company, which provides web-based technology to the travel industry.

“This partnership with Latics will enable us to do that.”



TRUST Oldham is putting on a ‘Later with Latics’ show next month, featuring manager Paul Dickov, assistant boss Gerry Taggart, captain Dean Furman and defender Zander Diamond.

Taking place on Wednesday, November 2, at the Playhouse 2 in Shaw, the evening will feature interviews and chat. Dave Broadbent will take the microphone on the night and the £10 tickets include a potato pie supper (vegetarian option available).
