Mvoto going back to his Roots

Jean-Yves Mvoto: knows opposition's ground well.
JEAN-Yves Mvoto returns to his old stomping ground tomorrow.
The big centre-back, who has reestablished himself as a first choice in recent weeks, spent the 2009-10 season on loan at Roots Hall from Sunderland.
Much of his season was curtailed by injury, but Mvoto did manage to pop up and score against Athletic in a 2-2 draw in late April.
"It will be good to go back there and see old team-mates like Anthony Grant," said the French star.
"One of my last fixtures as a player for Southend was here at Boundary Park. I scored and we needed a win to stay up — but we only drew the game and were relegated. Even though they are a League Two side, we know it will be a tough game for us. They are going well and the crowd will be behind them."
