ATHLETIC will know today which players are to re-sign for the club for 2012-13.
Robbie Simpson, manager Paul Dickov's major target and among those who turned out for the club last season, is in a group of four out-of-contract players given the weekend to finally decide whether or not to accept terms.
The others are Filipe Morais — who Dickov held talks with late last week — Bradley Diallo and Youssouf Mchangama.
Dickov is hopeful he will acquire three big new men in the coming days, with the squad's main players installed by the time the club embark on the Portugal training camp in mid-July.
CUT-PRICE admission is available to Athletic's Capital One Cup, first-round tie versus Sheffield Wednesday on Monday, August 13 (7.45pm kick-off). Adults will be charged £10 for the game, over-65s and under-16s £5.
ATHLETIC'S first friendly at Mossley takes place on Wednesday, July 11 (7pm).
