Pits your skills against Our Man Chambers

THE Chronicle, in conjunction with Athletic, is launching a prediction game for the coming season.

Each week one fan will get the chance to have a go at forecasting the results of all the weekend matches in Athletic’s division — going head-to-head with reporter Matthew Chambers for weekly honours.

The format is simple: five points for a correct score line, two points for a correct result.

We will keep a tally throughout the season of how the supporter-versus-reporter prediction duel is progressing.

The fan finishing with the biggest single points tally will get a £150 voucher to spend in the Latics club shop.

To stand a chance of having a shot at some stage this season, send an email to sport@oldham-chronicle.co.uk with the subject line ‘Predictions entry’ containing your name, contact details including a phone number and, if possible, a portrait picture as a jpg file.
