Dickov’s optimism

Tom Adeyemi, who spent last season at Boundary Park, started for Brentford for the first time on Tuesday following his five-month loan move from Norwich City.
Athletic come up against their former midfielder on Saturday, when the side travels to Griffin Park in search of a second successive league away win.
The manager feels that with the squad as it is, he can shape an effective side.
"If we can soak up pressure like we did at Portsmouth and like we will have to do at Brentford, then with the two wingers and Matt (Derbyshire) playing on the shoulder we can cause problems," Dickov said.
