Shrews will not be easy to tame

ATHLETIC could have their work cut out against Shrewsbury at Boundary Park on Saturday, if their midweek performance against MK Dons is anything to go by.
Graham Turner's side produced an excellent display in the second half to cancel out Angelo Balanta's opening goal, taking the lead through a Luke Rodgers strike and a special effort from Mark Wright.
The Shrews' joy was cut short, though, as Dean Bowditch netted an equaliser with a fine finish from the edge of the penalty area.
But the draw meant Shrewsbury have taken four points from their last two matches, having seen off Crewe 1-0 on home soil at the weekend.
Turner, whose side sit below Athletic in 20th in the npower League One table — along with Hartlepool, they are the only club without an away victory this season — may look to the loan window before it shuts tonight.
"We are seriously looking at the situation, as we've got one or two players on loan whose deals finish after the deadline," said Turner.
"I wouldn't rule out bringing one in."
On-loan Swansea striker Jamie Proctor sat out both the last two fixtures, while Manchester City man Jeremy Helan's deal expires next week.
The Shrews' win over Crewe is their sole triumph in the last eight games.
