Dickov keeps an eye on Wabara

PAUL Dickov watched from the sidelines at Platt Lane as Reece Wabara turned out for Manchester City's development squad yesterday afternoon.

It was just 48 hours after the loan right-back helped Athletic to a memorable FA Cup triumph at Nottingham Forest.

Wabara is now back with City following the end of his loan to Latics.

Dickov is likely to attempt to borrow the 21 year old again in time for the home game with Brentford on Saturday.
