Philliskirk on Greek roaming mission

TONY Philliskirk has flown to Greece as part of an FA study group.

Athletic’s academy manager was nominated to take part in the four-day visit by the League Managers’ Association.

He is part of a group featuring FA director of elite development Dan Ashworth, Ged Roddy, author of the EPPP coaching blueprint, and England under-17s coach John Peacock, which will look mainly at the youth game in the country.
