Jack Truelove: one-year contract
JACK Truelove has signed as a professional with Athletic.
The 18 year old missed almost all last season with a knee ligament injury, but manager Lee Johnson’s belief in him prompted a one-year deal with another year on option.
An arrival from Burnley two years ago, the left-back made his full debut on the final day of the 2012-13 season as a second-half substitute.
All three of last season’s second-year scholars offered professional terms have now signed, with Truelove joining goalkeeper Joel Coleman and striker Jordan Bove.
