Opportunity knocks for under-16s

BUDDING stars of the future take note — Athletic are to hold an open trial for promising youngsters next month.

Open to under-16s players, those currently in Year 11, who live in either Lancashire or Yorkshire, the trial game will take place on a 4G pitch on a Friday evening.

To be considered for participation, players should forward a brief CV, including a copy of their birth certificate, height, weight in kg, playing position, school, address, contact details and playing experience to: simon.cooper@oldhamathletic.co.uk
