Striker Main hoping for a perfect outcome

Curtis Main: on loan at Athletic, but contract to Doncaster.
CURTIS Main says he hopes neither of the clubs he is involved in a tangled relationship with end up being relegated.
The 23-year-old striker last week opted against returning to parent club Doncaster, who wanted to recall him.
Main says he simply wants to play — and help whichever club he is representing to win games.
“It is going to be an interesting run-in for each club and in an ideal world both will stay up,” he said for Athletic’s matchday programme.
“I’m contracted to Doncaster to the end of next season, so obviously want them not to be relegated.
“I also have ties here and this is my club so I also want them to reach safety.
“The only thing on my mind whenever I play and for whichever club is to win, and that is the case here.”
