Wary of Crewe after our great return on the road

THE SUPPORT we have had recently — and all season for that matter — has been great to see.
At Fleetwood, the noise our supporters made was unbelievable and they really got behind us to drive us on.
And on a Tuesday night at Southend, there were more fans there than I expected. It is very difficult to get to a game so far way after a day at work when you will be only getting back home in the early hours, but we all appreciated it.
I have really enjoyed being back in the side and it feels like it has gone well, too.
My legs were tired a bit in the second half at Southend, but as a second game in a short space of time having not played for so long, that is probably to be expected.
We will have to see what the manager does for Crewe tomorrow, but I am hoping to be involved.
Fleetwood and Southend were both difficult away games and if someone had offered us four points from them at the start, we would have snapped their hand off.
It is difficult to gauge how Crewe will approach the game tomorrow. They have been on a bad run, but sometimes when relegation is confirmed then the shackles can come off and you can play with a freedom you may have found difficult before.
They will no doubt be a good footballing side again, and what is without doubt is that we need to go into the game with the right attitude.
