BEAUTIFUL blooms will be the focus of a fundraising demonstration by Oldham Floral Art Society tonight at Daisy Nook Garden Centre, Failsworth, 7pm. Tickets £2.50 on the door. All proceeds go to Dr Kershaw’s Hospice.

THE Oldham Garden Suburb Association is holding a good as new clothes sale and big breakfast on Saturday at The Pavilion, Green Lane, 10am to 2pm. In aid of pavilion funds. All welcome.
THE Bishop of Beverley will join Reverend David Hawthorn at St Margaret’s Church, Hollinwood, on Sunday to ordain new priest Simon Benedict Sayer at 3pm.
JOIN the Failsworth and Beyond Women’s Institute (FaB WI) on Sunday for a talk by Dave McGealey of Oldham Community Radio on The Peterloo Massacre. The talk is being held at Middleton & Chadderton Sea Cadets 265a Oldham Road, 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
THE next meeting of the Failsworth and Hollinwood District Partnership takes place on Wednesday, June 22 at the civic centre, 7pm. All welcome.
